During this time they are expected to gain working understanding of Field Sales, Consumer Marketing, Brand Activation and Project Management and perform required tasks. Meaning you have to be Familiar how Nestle works.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business course
With outstanding academic performance and strong leadership potentials
With maximum of 1 year work experience
Highly motivated, result-oriented and an excellent team player
Must be willing to learn and inclined to build a long-term career in Sales and Marketing
